Troubleshooting

Problem: Patcher (Zelonia_Launcher.exe) is missing or cannot be started

Solution: It happens because of false malware detection (Windows Defender). Download patcher again and place it in the client folder.
If it is deleted or false detected again, follow these steps to allow "Zelonia_Launcher.exe" in Windows Defender.

Problem: Cannot start client or client is crashing.

Solution: Add the whole client folder to the antivirus exclusions or temporary disable the antivirus.
